The Honeymoon

Me in my new fishing outfit just sitting here waiting on my sleeping beauty to arise so we can go fishing. We had a long night, if you know what I mean…he he he.

She was saying, “Are you my husband or the park ranger?” She had jokes about my hat!

See…I knew she would like this hat!

I told her that I made her breakfast and that we would go fishing after we ate.

She was keen on the breakfast, but not so much the fishing just yet. She was really digging the hat.

She was giving me that look. I still couldn’t believe I was actually married to her.

She had other plans. I did not argue! The fishing could wait!!

WHOA! Ummm…not quite sure how that pic got in here! Ehhh, this post may not be suitable for children because there was a looooot of that going on. 😉

FINALLY went fishing that evening. Bae caught a fish. She thought it was “so cute.” I told her that fish aren’t cute–they’re delicious!

She still thought it was cute. That outfit though…practical? No. Hot? YES!

I haven’t told her this yet, but it had always been my dream to go on a fishing trip with the woman I love. I am so blessed.

I guess the fish wasn’t that cute after all.

Stargazing is even more special in the woods than in the yard.

Someone was cheating. I’m not gonna name any names, but her initials are MCP!

Chasing your wife through the woods is dangerous and oh so fun.

I’m gonna make her a miniature version of this when I buy a woodworking table.

She’s all mine! I am going to enjoy caring for her for the rest of our days.

Kissing in the woods is so magical.

Traipsing around the woods in your PJs is too. The forest is so beautiful…but not as beautiful as she is.

Not my favorite thing to do, but we did manage to relax and have fun in other ways 😉

Napping. Definitely in the top three best things to do on vacation. I’ll let you figure out what my other two are….
